2023 Mazda CX-30 Levels Guide
The 2023 Mazda CX-30 is the perfect small SUV to have if you have good taste and don’t mind spending a little more money. Practicality-wise, it improves upon the already impressive capabilities of the Mazda3 hatchback. It looks great dressed in Mazda’s newest design language, and the cabin is finished in high-quality materials that give the impression of a much higher price tag.
The Mazda CX-30 crossover, which debuted in 2020, will no longer be available with a front-wheel drivetrain in 2023, instead featuring i-Activ all-wheel as standard equipment. In addition to the new Advanced Visibility package, there are also new colour options available.

Summary
The 250-horsepower turbocharged engine is tempting, but it’s only available on the priciest model levels. The majority of drivers, though, won’t need to change the engine settings.
A 2.0-litre inline-four produces 155 horsepower and 150 pound-feet of torque in the base GX grade, and it works in tandem with a six-speed automated transmission that can be switched between manual and Sport modes. A 2.5-litre inline-four producing 186 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque is standard equipment for the GS and GT.
G-Vectoring Control Plus and Off-Road Traction Assist are now standard on all 2023 Mazda CX-30 vehicles, making all-wheel drive a standard feature. Advanced blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are two of the standard safety features.
The latest Mazda Connect entertainment system has been installed in the cabin, and its 8.8-inch display is controlled by a multi-function commander knob and is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
How does the CX-30 Drive?
The Mazda CX-30 is a fun and simple vehicle to operate. The standard engine has more power than is typical for vehicles in this category. If you’re in a hurry, get the turbocharged engine. The CX-30 Turbo is the fastest vehicle in its class, with a 0-90 km/h time of under 6.4 seconds.
You can really get a feel for the road thanks to the precise steering. This aids the CX-30’s already impressive handling by making it even more at home on winding roads. The transmission prefers to upshift early to improve gas mileage, and it takes a moment to kick down when passing on the highway. By switching to Sport mode, the CX-30 takes on a more energetic demeanour.
