2023 Toyota RAV4 vs 2022 Nissan Rogue

How do they compare?

Subaru and Toyota are two of the most popular manufacturers of compact crossover SUVs. In the late 1990s, Subaru and Toyota introduced the Forester and RAV4, respectively. These SUVs were attractive at the time because of the attractive balance of size, efficiency, and convenience they provided.

Subaru’s Forester and Toyota’s RAV4 have gone in separate directions since then. With the Forester, Subaru prioritized making sure there was plenty of room inside, making it a safe vehicle, and making sure it could handle harsh conditions like winter and off-roading.

2023 Toyota RAV4

The Toyota RAV4 consistently ranks as one of the industry’s top-selling SUVs. Toyota’s success can be attributed in large part to the brand’s trustworthy image.

The spacious cabin, smooth ride, and user-friendly controls are additional highlights of this compact SUV. You can choose from several different trim levels to find one that fits your needs and your wallet.

Since the current generation of RAV4 launched in 2019, 2023 model is getting a number of minor improvements, including wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, as well as an updated modern infotainment system interface.

The RAV4’s competitors include the Honda CR-V, Hyundai Tucson, and Nissan Rogue.

2022 Nissan Rogue

Only one year after the rest of Nissan’s compact SUV was revamped, the 2022 Nissan Rogue gets a brand-new engine. A bummer for individuals who bought a Rogue in 2018, but great for those looking at the model in 2022.

The Rogue has plenty of room inside, plenty of standard features, and great gas mileage, but it’s not the most exciting car to drive. The 2022 model, on the other hand, is a vast improvement over its relatively dull forerunner, and the new 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder only improves things further.

The Rogue’s interior and exterior are both striking in their own ways. One of the best interiors in the class, notably in the higher trim levels where cushioned and stitched faux leather covers the dashboard, doors, and centre console.

The Rogue is a comfortable ride because to Nissan’s attention to detail. This crossover handles uneven pavement and frost heaves on highways with ease. It’s not a 5-star establishment, but it meets expectations for the market. It’s not bad, but there are many other options that are better if you want to be actively involved in the driving experience.
