How many trims are available for the 2023 Hybrid model?

There are six distinct trims available on the 2023 RAV4 Hybrid, two of which are unique sports models with black roofs and wheels.

You may also choose the gas version, which is less expensive. The RAV4 Prime is a plug-in hybrid that was recently introduced, but it is nearly impossible to get one due to its very low production.

Same Engines and Transmission

The 2023 RAV4 Hybrid XLE and SE are both powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 219 horsepower. Both offer up to 1,750 lbs of towing capacity and a low cabined city/highway gas rating of 6.0L/100km.

The SE model does offer a sport-tuned suspension which is not available on the XLE.

2023 RAV4 XLE vs SE: Main Differences

You’ll appreciate all of these features that you get on the SE model and not the XLE model:

Black Alloy Wheels

The wheels look quite different on the two models, the XLE comes with 17″ silver alloy wheels; the SE comes with 18″ alloy wheels in glossy black finishing.
